Production Team Member

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our team Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on our weekend shift:

• Saturday-Monday, 1:00PM-1:30AM - work 36 hours and get paid 40 hours (BONUS of 4 hours) & enjoy a 4 day weekend

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $20/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
• Restack finished and stripped product as required
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
• Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
• Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
