We are seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is central to our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed are vital for maintaining our high standards in logistics. Responsibilities include locating items in the warehouse, verifying quantities, packing orders securely, and preparing them for dispatch. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the consistent use of PPE is required. This role demands physical capability, including frequent bending, reaching, and Lifting. Candidates should be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds. While prior experience is beneficial, we provide thorough training on all aspects of the job. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear mandated PPE at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to inventory control through accurate picking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding logistics environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
