As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a team-oriented environment, operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to stringent **Safety** standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all **PPE** requirements and **Safety** guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks to support **Logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to comply with all **Safety** regulations and wear required **PPE**.
- Understanding of **Logistics** principles is a plus.
