You will work with RF scanners and pick lists to fulfill orders, package them securely, and ensure they are ready for dispatch. This is a great opportunity to grow within the logistics field. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Receive incoming goods and put them away in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Must be able to perform repetitive Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
This position is key to our order fulfillment process and requires a focus on speed, accuracy, and Safety. Consistent use of PPE is essential.
