Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Track the movement of goods, including receipts, put-aways, picks, and shipments.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and movement trends.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to improve inventory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety regulations in all inventory handling activities.
  • Proper use of warehouse equipment and mandated PPE.
  • May involve some physical work, including occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
  • Knowledge of Safety standards in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with required PPE.

This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and requires a meticulous approach to data and physical stock. Upholding Safety standards is non-negotiable.
