Join our growing warehouse team in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks critical to our Logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong focus on Safety and teamwork is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall efficiency and productivity within the Logistics department.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret product information and instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety principles.
