Join our thriving warehouse team as a Distribution Center Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is fundamental to our Logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. A strong commitment to Safety and teamwork is vital for success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring correct orders are prepared.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Adhere to Lifting guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure safe product handling.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity in our Logistics environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Awareness of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
