Are you ready to be a key player in our busy fulfillment center in Miami, Florida? We are looking for motivated Fulfillment Associates to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various stages of the order fulfillment process, including picking products from warehouse shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, manage order statuses, and maintain accurate records. This role demands efficiency, precision, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail is crucial for accurate order processing and inventory management. You will work as part of a dedicated logistics team, contributing to the smooth operation of our supply chain. Adherence to all safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain organized work areas and contribute to warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate scanning equipment and update WMS.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
