  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Sort and stock materials in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Follow all company guidelines for logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
