Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and locate items from warehouse inventory according to order lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and ensure correct quantities.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring protection during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear designated PPE .
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks, including frequent lifting .
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety .
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain functions is a plus.
- Willingness to utilize required PPE .
