We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Prepare packages for shipment by boxing, labeling, and organizing.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of required PPE .
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any issues encountered.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and logistics .
- Handle the lifting of packages up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
