We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips with items received.
- Process and prepare merchandise for shipping.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Properly use PPE as required for all tasks.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow directions and safety guidelines.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
