Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Utilize our warehouse management system (WMS) for order tracking and inventory management.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specified timeframes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
