Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stocking and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Performing regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operating warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.
- Ensuring all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety procedures is crucial for this role.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
