We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This position is critical to our logistics chain, ensuring that products move seamlessly through our facility. We prioritize a safe working environment and require adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts or overtime as needed.
