Work Details
Shifts are 12 hours, we are looking for Day & Night & Weekend (includes a shift differential!)
Sign-on bonus potential for experienced full-time RNs.
FULL TIME & PRN options available (1 shift per pay period minimum for PRN staff)
Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing nursing care to medically complex patients
Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures, interacting and communicating with patient family members
RN Requirements:
RN License (GA or compact)
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience, ICU &/or TCU (stepdown) experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certification
Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in a stressful environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, team, detail, and goal-oriented
Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor
