*Position Summary:*
Socorro Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and experienced *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend operations. This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and staff support when administrative leadership is not onsite.
*Schedule:*
* *Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)*
* Shift details discussed during interview
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
* Oversee daily nursing operations during weekend shifts
* Ensure safe, high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
* Act as the clinical decision-maker and point of contact during weekends
* Monitor resident condition changes and communicate with providers as needed
* Support medication management, documentation accuracy, and infection control practices
* Address staffing needs, call-offs, and operational issues in real time
* Participate in incident follow-up and ensure timely reporting and documentation
* Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts
*Qualifications:*
* Current *Registered Nurse (RN)* license in the State of New Mexico (required)
* Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or weekend supervisor experience preferred
* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred
* Strong assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
