As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of FE fundinfo’s AI initiatives, collaborating with talented teams to quantify the value of cutting‑edge solutions. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract (inside IR35), based remotely within the United Kingdom.
Your key responsibilities as a Business Intelligence Analyst will include:
Designing and implementing measurement frameworks to capture baseline operational metrics before AI implementation
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
Collecting, analysing, and maintaining data on operational metrics such as processing times, error rates, volumes, productivity gains, and quality improvements
Translating operational metrics into financial value statements, including cost savings, revenue impact, efficiency gains, and risk reduction
Producing regular reports and dashboards showing AI impact across the organisation, tailored for different audiences including senior leadership, finance teams, and operational managers
Conducting post‑implementation reviews to assess whether AI initiatives have achieved their intended outcomes and identify lessons learned
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst:
You must have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement
You will have an excellent understanding of financial concepts and the ability to translate operational metrics into financial value statements
You must have experience with data visualisation and reporting tools including Power BI and Fabric
You will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
You will ideally be competent with SQL, Python, R and Tableau, although not mandatory
