What you’ll do Location: Remote (Brighton)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £60k-£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)
Attend on‑site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale.
Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution.
Commission: Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
Transportation: Mileage paid for personal cars with free Ringgo parking account.

Skills & Attributes
Highly motivated with proven talent for identifying opportunities and closing sales
Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation and objection handling
Self‑starter, resilient and motivated by commission and results
Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and ops teams
Background
Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required) preferred
Experience selling to SME owners
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance)
