Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Banbury. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and identifying automotive products and solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for promoting sales, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the store team with day-to-day operations. Creating lasting customer relationships and providing guidance on product selection will be key aspects of your role.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Customer service skills to provide a positive experience and address customer needs efficiently
Sales knowledge to identify opportunities, recommend suitable products, and close sales
Ability to deliver training and support to customers on the use and benefits of products
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and tools is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work on-site in Banbury
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
