Do you live and breathe social media and love generating content?
We are looking for a B2B social media content creator who can develop and produce engaging content (videos, graphics, text) for our clients across platforms such as LinkedIn and tailored at B2B audiences. Your content will help build brand authority, generate leads and support sales by aligning it with our clients' marketing strategy and campaigns.
Responsibilities will includebrainstorming, coming up with content ideas, creating posts, content, videos, and stories, managing social media accounts, and interacting with followers.
Core responsibilities
Content creation: Develop platform-specific content (short videos, articles, graphics, posts) for LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., tailored for professional audiences.
Strategy and planning: Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring content aligns with B2B campaigns, product launches, and overall marketing strategy.
Brand and messaging: Ensure all content reflects the company's specific tone, brand guidelines, and messaging.
Thought leadership and research: Identifying industry trends and competitor activity to position our clients as an expert voice.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, PR, sales, and design teams to integrate content across channels and leverage expertise.
Audience Engagement: Responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building community.
Trend monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, B2B best practices, and competitor activity.
Performance analysis: Monitor analytics, report on engagement, and use data to refine content strategy.
Personal development: Establish and maintain a programme of continuing personal and professional development.
Key skills
B2B expertise: Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and content for professional audiences.
Creativity and copywriting: Strong writing, visual storytelling, and understanding of B2B communication.
Content: Capable of writing high-quality and technical content and adapt it to meet the tone of voice and messaging requirements for each of our clients.
Multimedia skills: Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and compelling copywriting.
Channel expertise: Knowledge of B2B platforms (especially LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools.
Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret metrics to demonstrate content effectiveness and ROI.
Education, Formal Qualifications & Experience
At least 3 years in a similar role.
A Levels, HND, BA (Hons) or equivalent qualification.
