Direct Restoration is one of Calgary's fastest growing fire, flood and wind damage restoration and are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

-Interior & Exterior Knowledge

-Clean driving record

- Clean criminal record

-Experience in the industry

- Knowledge of equipment and supplies used

- Knowledge on Xactimate and XactAnalysis is a must

- Management experience

-Ability to work some overtime and on-call hours

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Superior organizational skills

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Duties of the Project Manager include:

- Leading crews in commercial and residential clean-up jobs

- Organizing crew and equipment for various jobs

- Communicating with and updating customers on job status

- Conducting Work-In Progress meetings to start each day

- Handling complaints

- Hiring and training restoration technicians

- Working with office staff to ensure proper completion of paperwork

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience and industry

Salary: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
