About Our Practice
Physio Care PT is an independently owned outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on individualized one on one care.
We are expanding our services to include *outpatient physical therapy provided in patients’ homes* for patients who cannot safely attend the clinic.
This is *NOT home health* — it is *Medicare Part B outpatient therapy* delivered in a mobile setting.
No OASIS.
No start-of-care visits.
No case management.
No productivity pressure.
About the PRN Role
We are seeking a *licensed Physical Therapist (PT)* for *PRN home-based outpatient visits*. This position is perfect for a PT who wants:
* Flexible, self-selected scheduling
* Supplemental income
* One-on-one patient care
* Ethical, compliant practice
* Minimal administrative burden
You accept visits *only when you want them*.
Responsibilities
* Perform *initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharges* in patient homes
* Establish and certify *Plans of Care*
* Provide skilled outpatient PT interventions under Medicare Part B
* Supervise PTAs as applicable
* Complete accurate, timely documentation in EMR
* Communicate with referring providers as needed
* Maintain compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and clinic policies
What This Position Is NOT
* Not a Home Health Agency
* No Medicare Home Health billing
* No OASIS or SOC (start of care) visits
* No productivity quotas
* No forced caseloads
Qualifications
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
* Active CPR certification
* Medicare Part B experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
* Comfortable treating patients in a home environment
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
