Pediatric Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy
Cassady Children's Center (CCC) originated as Wendy Cassady Speech Pathology in 2007. It evolved over time and in 2014 became CCC with the addition of occupational and physical therapy. We are located in Springdale in a stand alone building with more than 12,000 square feet of therapy space. Our facility features an ortho room, sensory room, feeding rooms, individual therapy rooms and a custom gym with an in-ground trampoline and ball pit. We provide therapy for clients from birth to 19 years of age with operating hours from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday through Thursday. Our mission statement is included below.
Cassady Children’s Center is a pediatric therapy facility providing speech, occupational, physical, and aquatic therapy in a safe and fun environment. Our board-certified therapists and staff value each child and family, and we are dedicated to providing a high quality of service and interactive therapy experience. We strive to achieve this by:
* Utilizing a holistic multi-disciplinary approach customized to each individual’s specific needs in order to maximize the child’s overall functional independence and improve each child’s quality of life
* Recognizing families as partners and encouraging participation through observation and home programs.
* Advancing the clinical knowledge of our therapists by utilizing nationally recognized continuing education courses pertaining specifically to our client base
* Promoting a supportive and nurturing work environment where employees, both novice and experienced, are valued, respected, and provided the opportunities for personal growth and professional development
* Investing in professional relationships with physicians, specialists, educators, and local agencies to promote exemplary health care to NWA and the surrounding region
* Demonstrating commitment to our community by contributing financial support to multiple healthcare groups, school organizations, and community outreach programs.
* Participating in a variety of community events with a focus on promoting cohesiveness of local agencies and increasing public awareness related to the pediatric population.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
