Full Charge Bookkeeper

EcoView Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper that has extensive experience in QuickBooks Online. Prior experience with multi-state and all aspects of accounting is required. This includes but is not limited to payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, producing monthly financial statements and completing audit data requests. Must be proficient in Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping activities and reconciliation of general ledger
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including deposits, expenses, and intercompany activities
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payments and collections support
• Assist with payroll coordination and ensure proper recording of payroll transactions
• Track and reconcile intercompany transactions between locations
• Ensure consistency in bookkeeping practices and chart of accounts across all locations
• Reconcile external tracking software to QuickBooks Online
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings, audits and monthly data
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as needed
• Provide documentation for annual independent audit
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred
• A minimum of five years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Strong administrative skills
• Should be comfortable working individually with little supervision and possess the ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly workflow
