Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary
Arcco Power Systems is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, playing a vital role in our Aftermarket Operations. As a leading supplier of engine-driven power generation equipment throughout Louisiana, we are 100% dedicated to this industry and committed to exceeding our customers' expectations through exceptional service.

In this role, you will be central to fulfilling all parts orders for our Service, Sales, and Over-the-Counter customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Packing and staging parts from inventory for our Service Technicians.

* Maintaining optimal parts inventory stock levels.

* Identifying, sorting, locating, and transferring parts for our Sales and Services teams.

* Conducting monthly cycle counts of inventory.

* Tracking orders diligently to prevent customer shipping delays.

* Receiving incoming parts and ensuring organized inventory storage.

* Accurately inputting customer data and vendor purchase orders, with a strong focus on inventory control.

* Researching parts availability.

* Potentially working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

* Leading and collaborating effectively within a team.

* Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks.

* Ensure ARCCO BTR Warehouse and property is clean and orderly and free from all debris and trash.

* Performing other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with:

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* A proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and internet functions.

* Experience in inventory management to minimize surplus and obsolete stock.

* The ability to fill and consolidate orders across single or multiple locations.

* Experience in tracking returns and cores, and cross-referencing parts for both shelf management and ordering.

* A proactive approach to maximizing the use of order discount programs to meet stock order goals.

* The capacity to hold others accountable, inspect work quality, and provide inspiring feedback.

**Job Requirements:**

* High School Diploma/GED required.

* 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in handling daily tasks and projects.

* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Research and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs.
