Peer Support Specialist- MAT Program

The purpose of the Peer Support Specialist is to provide support to individuals in recovery and assist with engagement and retention in HOPES services.

JOB SUMMARY: The Peer Support Specialist supports others in recovery from a substance use or behavioral health disorder. The Peer Support Specialist serves as a role model, a mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to engage, retain and help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. This is a non-clinical role.
