Pro Seal Solutions is seeking a highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented estimator to join our team. This position focuses on estimating residential and commercial construction projects. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. This is a high paced position and a person willing to take on challenges who is looking to make a positive impact to a growing company. Must be a great communicator with solid computer skills well versed in all Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing cost estimates for residential and commercial projects

* Review blueprints, plans, and specifications

* Estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs

* Work with management & operations, vendors, and subcontractors to insure performance and financial targets are met or exceeded.

* Help prepare bids and maintain organized estimate records

* Willing to learn operational service, products and applications form the ground up .

Qualifications:

* Construction or related experience is a plus, but not required

* Strong math, organizational, and computer skills

* Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn

* Attention to detail and strong work ethic

* Excellent communication skills
