**Responsibilities:**

• follow the treatment plans set by the Physical Therapist

• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote physical recovery

• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Communicate well with the RN, PT, ST, and OT respectively

**Qualifications:**

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, acute care, and orthopedics preferred

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

• Excellent patient care and communication skills
