Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday | $70,000+ per year

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a B2B, repeat-business environment, enjoys being in front of customers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to flooring dealers, contractors, builders, and designers.
What You'll Do
- Grow sales with an established base of flooring customers while developing new business within the territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent, trust-based selling
- Promote and sell hardwood flooring and related product lines, becoming a knowledgeable resource for customers
- Identify opportunities, provide solutions, and follow through to exceed customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with inside sales, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless customer service
- Act with honesty, integrity, and accountability while representing Intermountain Wood Products in the market
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in relationship-based selling (required)
- Flooring, hardwood, cabinetry, or millwork industry experience preferred, not required
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn product lines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Some college education preferred, but not required
