Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $16-$17/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities:

· Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them with their orders.

· Actively promote and upsell additional services, including alterations and wash & fold options.

· Accurately process customer orders to ensure efficiency and precision.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter area.

· Properly tag and categorize clothing items upon receipt.

· Assist customers by pinning garments for alterations as needed.

· Organize and place alteration items in designated boxes for seamstresses.

· Conduct inventory checks for incoming alteration items and processed orders.

· Verify and inventory cleaned clothing items before customer pick-up.

· Proactively contact customers via phone or text to remind them of pending orders.

· Efficiently utilize the CleanCloud POS system to manage transactions and customer data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Experience with alterations is a bonus but not essential—training is available.
• Familiarity with utilizing a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to team success.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and Excel.
