Patient Care Coordinator

About the Role

Emergency Dental of America is seeking dependable, patient-focused Remote Call Coordinators to support our nationwide dental offices. You will be the first point of contact for patients needing urgent, same-day dental care, ensuring they receive clear, compassionate assistance.

This role offers a guaranteed hourly wage. Commission is supplemental incentive pay only and does not replace hourly wages.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from patients seeking emergency dental appointments
• Schedule same-day appointments across our clinics
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support
• Maintain accurate scheduling and communicate clearly with office teams
• Meet performance expectations for scheduled and attended appointments

What We're Looking For

• Must currently reside in Georgia
• Strong, friendly communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
• High-speed internet + quiet, private workspace
• Customer service experience preferred

Schedule

• Set 29 hours per week
• 4–6 days per week
• Hours fall between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST

Pay & Incentives

• Guaranteed pay: $10.00/hour
• Supplemental commission: $5 for each appointment that is scheduled and attended
• Commission is optional and does not reduce hourly pay

Pay: $10.00 per hour
