What You'll Do
As the Center Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the center to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Providing exceptional customer service to families, students, and visitors.
• Coordinating schedules, classes, and events to ensure seamless programming.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, communication, and reporting.
• Supporting the team with any additional tasks needed to create a positive experience for everyone at the center.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or 3 years of college required (HS diploma with 3 years relevant experience will be considered).
• Self-starter, go-getter attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with families, schools, and community organizations.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• A passion for working in an environment that values education, creativity, and innovation.
• Must live reasonably close to Lawrenceville, GA.
• Must have a reliable car and be able to travel to local events and community activities.
