Urban Greek Kitchen - Kitchen Prep / Dishwasher

Essential Functions:

• Clean cooking stations and equipment & help mop floors for closing time
• Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
• Assisting in other BOH areas as needed including but not limited to basic food preparation. Cutting veggies, making dips & dressings light grilling.
• Must be able to use a knife or food processor
• Must be able to store all food in containers properly, label food as well as help unload food deliveries
• Wash, sanitize and dry all kitchen utensils, equipment and other items placed in the dish area or as requested
• Must be able to lift 15lbs
• Available to work day or nights until 8pm, open to part time

Requirements:

• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, food storage containers, etc.
• Return and restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
• Restaurant Experience in a kitchen is a must
• Get along well with others and be a team player

• Other duties will be assigned as needed

• Closed Sundays
