Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Customer Service Rep (CSR) – Soto Flooring | OKC

Are you organized, friendly, and great on the phone? Soto Flooring is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help with phone calls, scheduling, order processing, and keeping jobs running smoothly.

Part-Time | Monday–Friday (some Saturdays)
Based in Oklahoma City

Pay based on experience + growth opportunities

What You'll Do

• Answer calls, texts, and emails from customers
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up on estimates and installations
• Process orders, invoices, and payments
• Keep customer info organized and accurate
• Coordinate with warehouse and install teams

What We're Looking For

• 2+ year customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, typing 40+ WPM)
• Clear communication and great attitude
• Able to multitask without getting overwhelmed
• Bonus: knowledge of flooring or dispatch is a plus

Performance Goals (You'll Be Trained):

• Answer 90% of calls in 3 rings
• 70% call booking rate
• Stay organized and document everything daily
