HVAC Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced Commercial HVAC/R service tech with the capability to perform install work as needed
• Must be able to mentor less experienced HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• Detail Oriented when performing tasks such as preventive maintenance checklists, and start up checks for new equipment.
• Perform site Inspections on current HVAC systems for efficiency and operations.
• Troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning HVAC systems and components with the ability to operate all tools in our industry
• Install new heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation system
• Perform maintenance and repair as needed within the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience required
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record
• Ability to use a smart phone, for a paperless based operation.
• Ability to perform in an environment that allows you to be dispatched from home without having to come into the office daily
• EPA Certified
• Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and posses strong verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated multi-tasker with strong ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed.
• Ability to be on-call in our rotation
