We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. At KAAST, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse product line, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our continued success.

Position Summary:

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing inbound and warm leads, analyzing customer applications, and providing accurate and timely quotes for our extensive range of machinery. You will leverage your strong communication and technical skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and build lasting relationships. While this is primarily an inside sales role, you will have the opportunity to visit customers and attend 2-3 industry tradeshows annually (approximately 10% travel).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
  • Proactively reach out to and qualify warm and incoming leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Accurately record and track all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Analyze customer applications and processes to determine their specific needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations on KAAST machinery to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of KAAST's extensive product line.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Attend 2-3 trade shows per year.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or
  • Aldan, Pennsylvania, United States
