Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Scheduler for our well-established, fast-paced, and growing construction company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service scheduling for new construction homeowners;
- Liaison with Service Manager to resolve escalated customer complaints
- Answer customer questions about scheduling and/or work quality;
- Schedule Service Technician visits;
- Process work orders and complete data entry;
- Perform administrative tasks such as phone monitoring, call routing, and document processing;
- Be willing to learn and assist in Contract Management:
- Be willing to learn and assist in managing sub-contractor insurance certificates, ensuring they have adequate coverage;
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in scheduling and dispatching
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in an office setting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Organized and able to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Experience in a construction setting is a plus
- Dependable with eagerness to learn;
