JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Analytics Coordinator is responsible for standardizing, and maintaining marketing analytics and reporting across all digital and traditional marketing channels. This role plays a critical part in helping the Marketing Department make data-informed decisions by organizing datasets, performing in-depth analysis, identifying trends, and building structured reporting processes for campaigns, giving performance, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
This position reports directly to the Associate Marketing Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and standardize reporting across all marketing channels, including email, social, web, paid media, direct response, and donor engagement
- Build, update, and improve Excel-based reports, models, and tracking sheets for weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reporting
- Support the creation of executive-level summaries highlighting key performance trends and actionable insights
- Track and measure performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and donor engagement strategies to evaluate ROI and impact
- Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems (e.g., Dynamics, email platforms, web analytics, social dashboards)
Data Quality & Standardization
- Establish consistent data definitions, naming conventions, and reporting standards across the Marketing Department
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data being used by internal teams
- Create processes and templates that help each channel track performance more effectively
Decision Support
- Analyze trends in attendance, giving, donor acquisition, retention, and campaign response to support strategic decisions
- Identify insights that help guide channel strategies and improve conversion, engagement, and revenue
- Provide benchmarks, forecasts, and "early read" performance indicators for key initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with channel owners (Social, Email, Web, Direct Connections) to understand KPIs and build reporting tailored to their needs
- Support executive-facing reporting and presentations with clean data, graphs, summaries, and insights
- Partner with the IT/Data teams as needed to ensure access to accurate data sources and consistent reporting logic

- Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church
QUALIFICATIONS
- Uncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church's vision, values, and core beliefs
- Demonstrated Christ-like Character
- Demonstratable experience working with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, social insights dashboards, email performance reporting, or paid media analytics tools
- Ability to interpret performance trends and apply basic analytical or statistical concepts
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing metrics (email, web, social, paid, direct response)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Advanced Excel proficiency: data cleansing, conditional formatting, and basic modeling
- High accuracy and attention to detail; strong data validation and quality control skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders of varying technical levels
- Basic familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools (viewing/analyzing reports)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
- Experience working within large or multi-channel organizations
- Experience supporting fund development, donor reporting, or nonprofit marketing analytics
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Economics is preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data coordination
