THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue across multiple growth channels for Fan Day Nation. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with multiple commission streams, designed for individuals who want impact, flexibility, and uncapped upside.

You are not "hard selling." You are opening doors—to clarity, exposure, and opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fan Day Nation Services Sales

• Introduce Fan Day Nation services to athletes, parents, coaches, and youth sports organizations

• Conduct introductory and discovery conversations

• Close service packages aligned to customer needs

• Accurately track sales activity and performance

• Identify and secure sponsors for The Talk at Elevation podcast

• Sell podcast sponsorships, live reads, and integrated brand placements

• Collaborate with leadership on sponsor alignment and messaging

• Earn 25% commission on all podcast sponsorships you sign

• Promote approved supplement and wellness partners aligned with Fan Day Nation

• Educate customers and partners on available offerings

• Earn 10% commission on all supplement sales generated

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS

• $4,000 monthly recoverable draw

• Tiered commissions based on monthly performance

• Blended package price: ~$550 per sale

• Uncapped earnings for high performers

• 25% commission on all podcast sponsorships signed

• 10% commission on all supplement sales

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

• Strong communicator who builds trust with parents, professionals, and sponsors

• Organized, accountable, and performance-driven

• Passion for sports, media, wellness, or brand building

• Sales, sponsorship, or media experience preferred

• Comfortable with value-driven, relationship-based selling
