Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
• Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to uphold health standards.
• Handle custodial tasks such as window washing, surface sanitation, and light maintenance to support overall facility upkeep.
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed to meet specific requirements.
• Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and polishing, and general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning tools confidently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily duties effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with industrial cleaning projects or residential painting for versatile support roles.
