RN Unit Manager
to join our leadership team. In this vital role, you'll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure exceptional care for our residents, all within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Role: RN Unit Manager
• Shift: Day | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Status: Full-Time
• Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Coach and support nursing staff

• Maintain accurate documentation
• Provide on-call support as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia RN license
• BLS certification
• Supervisory or unit management experience preferred
