Warehouse & Logistics Associate Wanted

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient materials handling, order picking, shipping and receiving, and operating heavy equipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and the ability to work with various types of machinery to ensure smooth logistics processes. As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You'll be responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipping, making deliveries to businesses, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties

• Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
• Make deliveries to businesses, interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Assist in inventory management, including stock organization, cycle counts, and materials handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Keep warehouse and delivery vehicles clean and organized
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Support warehouse distribution activities, including load & unload operations, order picking, and transportation of goods within the facility.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and safety goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, crane, clamp trucks, or pallet jacks is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and mechanical systems related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience in warehouse is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management. Pay: From $17.00 per hour
