Job Summary
We're seeking a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are an Italian restaurant and dinner theatre. Responsibilities include preparing menu items to standard, working assigned stations during service, maintaining food quality, and following food safety guidelines. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team. Evenings and weekends required.
Competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to safety protocols
  • Monitor food handling procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with attention to detail in food presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating excellent food handling and service skills

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
