Charge Nurse-RN

We're seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to lead and support our nursing team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents here at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and confident in supervising staff and managing resident care needs

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations on assigned unit
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care planning, QA, and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license (state-required)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule: Full-time/Part-time, various shifts available.
