Transportation Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced Fort Collins operations team. In this critical role, you'll manage daily transportation activity, support drivers, and ensure every trip runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.

• Assign and schedule trips based on driver availability, proximity, and customer needs
• Monitor real-time fleet activity to maintain on-time performance and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate route details, updates, and schedule changes clearly and professionally
• Keep accurate records of routes, vehicle assignments, and trip coordination
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Handle unexpected challenges with calm, solution-focused professionalism

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, scheduling, or transportation operations (preferred)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with dispatch platforms, GPS tracking, or routing software (a plus)
• Valid driver's license required
