What You'll Do

• Manage your own caseload with partner support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and motions
• Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward

What We're Looking For

• 0–10+ years of civil litigation experience (general liability defense and/or construction defect experience a plus, but not required)
• Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
• A strong writer and communicator who thinks strategically
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
