Duties

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Schedule appointments accurately
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for Dental PPO insurances
• Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling inquiries and appointment confirmations
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and collection processes
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, and managing patient intake forms
• Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and care plans while managing appointment scheduling and cancellations

Experience

• Minimum 2 years Dental Office experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Proven ability to handle insurance verification processes and administrative support efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Experience working in a healthcare environment with knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards ensures confidentiality and professionalism
