Now Hiring: Experienced Auto Glass Technician – Mobile Operations

We're looking for a highly experienced Auto Glass Technician to help launch and lead our brand-new mobile glass division. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new service line and help us shape the department's standards, processes, and success. The position includes a company vehicle fully equipped for mobile glass work, and the support of a fast-growing, technician-first company that's ready to scale with your expertise. This is a position with opportunity to quickly grow into a management role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Glass Installation & Repair: Replace windshields, door glass, rear windows, and other vehicle glass with precision, ensuring OEM or better quality standards.

• ADAS Calibration: Need to have extensive experience in static and dynamic ADAS calibrations with Autel systems. We purchased a MA600 system for the service van.

• Mobile Service Delivery: Operate independently in the field, completing glass jobs at customer sites with a fully outfitted mobile van.

• Customer Interaction: Represent Fleet Advisor and Flow Auto Glass with professionalism and care; explain repairs, manage expectations, and provide exceptional service on-site. Provide unreasonable hospitality to the customers. We need someone with the customer service mindset to sell and grow the brand.

• Inventory & Materials: Maintain mobile inventory, manage supply usage, and keep van organized and well-stocked.

• Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance standards to ensure vehicle and technician safety.

• Growth: Provide input on tools, vendors, workflows, and SOPs as we grow the department—your voice will help shape how we do glass.

Other Responsibilities:

• Minor trim panel removal and reinstallation

• Light glass-related diagnostics or troubleshooting (leaks, chips, etc.)

• Occasional support on team fleet vehicles, as needed

• Accurate documentation of services performed in our mobile app

• Uphold a clean, organized, and branded mobile van appearance

• Support a strong team culture built on trust, pride, and results

What We Offer:

• Pay: per hour + commission on completed units. Exact pay to be Determined based on skill set, we will pay what it takes for the right person.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional auto glass installation experience

• Comfortable working independently in the field

• Extensive ADAS and Autel experience

• High-quality workmanship with attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Ability to lift glass and operate in varying outdoor conditions

• Positive, proactive attitude and pride in doing it right the first time
