CDL A Flex Driver - Salaried Position

Our Flex/Support Drivers are the best of the best. They work directly with Operations Managers, Customer, and Drivers to ensure excellent customer service to our dedicated long-term accounts.

We are looking for a committed professional driver whom has a desire to grow their driving career, travel, train and educate new and existing drivers, and be an integral part of the companies' problem solving and improvement process.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000-$92,500 per year based on experience and endorsements
• Weekly travel stipends and reimbursements
• $35 per day meal stipend for all travel days

Requirements

• CDL Class A License
• 12 months recent CDL driving experience
• DOT drug test, physical, and good MVR
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred, but not required
• Doubles Endorsement preferred, but not required
• Flatbed experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull
• Willing to travel frequently
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker
• Positive attitude and approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to work any shift (including 3rd shift/overnights)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Safety operate various types of CMVs in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on trucks and trailers; report any issues promptly
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo
• Complete customer deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
• Provide excellent attention to detail with customer deliveries and time needs
• Communicate effectively with management and customers
• Adhere to company policies
• Be a model of our safety culture and customer service
